PAVILION RESERVATIONS - See Borough Code Chapter 64 for detailed rules & regulations

Pavilions are available sunrise to sunset from late March through mid November, with restrooms facilities, weather permitting.

Pavilions must be reserved in advance for your event. In order to secure your date and be included on the calendar, the appropriate Park Reservation Application must provide to the Clerk's office a fully completed. (Individual Application or Group Application ), fully executed Hold Harmless Agreement and a $200 security deposit made payable to the Borough of Waldwick. Any business, school or non-profit must also provide a Certificate of Insurance naming the Borough as additionally insured. If the application includes a request to serve alcohol, the application requires Council approval at the next scheduled Council Regular Meeting. Please plan in advance and accordingly.

Both Pavilion A and Pavilion B have water, electricity and barbeques.  

Pavilion A is near the gazebo, pond and closest to the restrooms.  This pavilion can hold a maximum of 100 people.

Pavilion B is near the bocce courts and the playground is across the street.  This pavilion can hold a maximum of 80 people.

Once approved, you will receive a copy of the permit.  Please bring the permit with you on the day of your event.

The security deposit will be returned provided the pavilion and surrounding area is clean and damage free.
